The HPA Products are solid state, broadband power
amplifier designed to meet the new standards of software
defined radios (SDR), and to meet the highest performance
requirements for HF radios in modern digital
communication systems.
The HPA unit is an universal device providing
automatic/manual configuration of its circuitry and gain
depending of the input signal level. The HPA is a
standalone unit suitable for 19” rack installation.

 

The Unit is capable to operate with radios complying MIL-
STD-188-141A, STANAG 4444, STANAG 5066. The Power
amplifier meets MIL-STD-810E

HF – Antenna tuning types and selection criteria

Our fast-tunable antenna tuners are divided into two missions depend categories. FtNHL – (Fast tunable NVIS Half Loop) On the move NVIS This category is tailored to be used in various types of vehicles or other moving platforms like vassal and Helicopters. FtNDWA – (Fast tuning NVIS Dipole &Whip Antenna) Fast deployed On the Post NVIS antenna and whip-antenna while on the move. This category is tailored to improve the coverage on the post for tactical deployment, the antenna is ready to use within 5 min by one operator. The performance of that antenna is similar to broadband field antenna. The product is tailored to be deployed at vehicles, in order to get long range coverage. In some missions this is the only solution which allows long range beyond the horizon communication. Both categories due to the electronic very high Q filters improve the collocation and interference. The trials show that the performance of vehicular configuration with FtNDWA or FtNHL with 25W exciter performs better than 100w with Whip antenna,

and overcome the Skip-zone area.

Vehicular and Base Station Configuration Products

The Fast-Tunable HF 150W Vehicular Tuner is the new ATU generation.

The ATU is designed to work together with tactical radio stations in the frequency range from 1.5 to 30.0 MHz

 

The ATU is based on microprocessor controlled self-tuning circuitry which is automatically tuning the antenna impedance to the transmitter. The unit monitors antenna conditions each time a channel is changed and retunes when necessary.

 

The Dual mode ATU is designed for operation with Whip or Dipole antenna types. The unit provides automatic and manual switching between the antennas. It`s made in waterproof aluminum ruggedized housing.

GTD Antenna Tuning Unit 1000 W

GATU-1000 is designed to match the transmitter with 10 m Whip or 7-30 m Wire antennas input impedance within 1.5 to 30 MHz frequency range. GATU-1000 provides transformation of the antenna input impedance to 50-ohm active resistance with VSWR less than 1.4

GWHF01 WIDEBAND 1.5KW Whip HF ANTENNA

The GWHF01-ANT is a wideband HF vertical antenna, mainly intended for use with ALE capable transceivers, for HF radio voice and data communications.

The GWHF01-ANT operates in the 2 to 30 MHz frequency range, providing a typical return loss of about 10 dB (SWR 2:1). Working principle is based on a unique design of coupling the low output impedance of the transceiver (50 ohm typical) with a high impedance, vertical radiator. A fully passive network, made of a mix of lumped and distributed elements is employed in order to maximize efficiency and maintain reasonable losses. The radiator element is galvanically short circuited (DC) with ground, in order to assure suitable lightning protection.

 

The GWHF01-ANT is a self-standing whip antenna made in epoxy-fiberglass with an aluminum mounting base. The mounting base utilizes the standard drilling template used for shipboard antennas.

Broad Band tactical directional VHF antenna The following products were developed and delivered to several customers. All the products are field proven and based on up to date technologies. The products can be used as is or be tailored to customer mission requirements.

Tactical Directional VHF Antenna GTD-Dir-30-88M

The GTD-Dir-30-88 is a VHF 30-88MHz wire directional antenna intended for use with handheld or manpack radio.

 

The radiating element is made of special passive elements on the wire, the antenna matching transformer for low VSWR. very low VSWR and on the other hand directional radiation pattern and therefore relatively high gain. The antenna is mainly intended for use in tactical fast deployed scenario

OEM Antenna Simulators

Whip or dipole antenna simulator for 100 to 5K Watt, and Complex Impedance Simulator CIS- 50W or CIS-1KW is designed to test the transmitters and power amplifiers operation with complex loads at fixed frequencies in the HF frequency range with 50W or up to 1KW maximum input power.

CIS-family allows testing of transmission and antenna couplers with no RF power emission.

Connection of the CIS-set to the standard PC makes the RF design or test easy and more effective.
